Fedex Ground: 2-7 business days (Western Canada 2-4 business days)


Our supplements are shipped by our partner located in the USA, with two shipping speed options:

Standard; 5-7 business days

Expedited: 2-3 business days

Merch (Shakers, Apparel) is currently not available to be shipped to the USA.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

It is our goal to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the contents of their order. 

In the event that you are not, the following options are available to you:

RETURNING APPAREL/MERCH: Reimbursement requests will only be considered if item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, and if all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s). These items cannot be returned but can be exchanged if the size is incorrect.

RETURNING SUPPLEMENTS: Reimbursement requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is in the original packaging and the contents have not been completely used (we do not accept empty tubs/bottles). 

RETURNING SALE ITEMS: Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. 

RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at:

RETURNING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in your respective Country. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in its original condition per the return policy above. 

SHIPPING A RETURN ITEM: With regard to all returns, Purchaser is responsible for procuring the shipment and for the merchandise arriving at VNDL PROJECT INC. facilities.

You must have a copy of your receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from in order to qualify for a return. 

THIRD-PARTY REFUNDS: We are unable to accept returns on purchases made from third party retailers. 

REFUND TIMEFRAME: Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your bank statement.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the item's purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. 
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.
