Pre-Workout or Fat Burner? Why VIPER Is Both

When people start a cut, a lot of them stack a pre-workout and a fat burner. That usually means two products, two bills and far more caffeine than anyone needs before noon. VIPER was built to do both jobs in one scoop.

The stacking problem

A typical pre-workout and a typical fat burner can each carry 200 to 300 mg of caffeine. Take both and you can be past 400 mg before lunch, which is the most Health Canada recommends for a healthy adult in a whole day. That's how people end up wired, sleeping badly and recovering worse, right when recovery matters most.

What a hybrid needs to do

When you're eating less, two things get harder: having the energy and focus to train hard, and recovering between sessions. A good hybrid supports both, with one controlled dose of stimulants.

VIPER, ingredient by ingredient (per scoop)

  • Energy and focus: 180 mg caffeine, green coffee bean extract, green tea extract and 3 g L-tyrosine to stay sharp while you diet.1
  • Training: 1.6 g beta-alanine for hard efforts and 750 mg taurine for endurance and hydration.
  • Cutting support: 1.5 g L-carnitine L-tartrate to support recovery, plus chromium to help your body metabolize carbohydrates.
  • Hydration and antioxidants: coconut water electrolytes, olive leaf, pomegranate and watermelon.

Heads up: VIPER contains beta-alanine, so you may feel a harmless tingle.

How to use it

Take one scoop 20 to 30 minutes before training. Don't stack it with other caffeine products, and avoid it late in the day if caffeine affects your sleep.

Honest expectations

No supplement does the dieting for you. Your food and your training drive fat loss. VIPER's job is to help you show up, push hard and recover while you're in a deficit, without the second product.
